Design, development and deployment of web and mobile applications (My Tax Armenia) to submit electronic cash register checks and tax declarations for self-employment taxi drivers. Development of APIs of electronic cash register check submission for TAXI Platforms.

Public payments management system

The Electronic Payment System gives you the opportunity to make online payments charged for the state duties, local duties, the administrative fines or services provided by state and local self-government bodies. You can make a payment using your ArCa, VISA or MasterCard payment cards or MobiDram account as well as your PayPal account for consular services. The payments are classified into 4 groups: State duties, service fees, consular services fees, fines and taxes. These in turn contain subsections through which the user can more easily find the necessary payment type. The system accepts payments (ex. Property taxes, land taxes, garbage fee, etc.) for the administrative districts of Yerevan as well as Gyumri and Vandzor cities.

Statistical E-Reporting Platform for Data Collection (Armstat)

The Online E-Reporting System is a mission-critical e-governance platform developed and maintained for the Statistical Committee of Armenia (Armstat). It serves as the primary digital gateway for legal entities and entrepreneurs to submit mandatory statistical reports electronically, ensuring data integrity and timely national data collection. Core Functionalities:

• Electronic Submission Engine: An interface for completing and submitting complex statistical forms online, replacing paper-based processes.
• Validation & Error Checking: Real-time algorithms ensuring logical consistency and format accuracy, minimising errors before submission.
• Secure Authentication: Integration with national ID standards to ensure legal validity and confidentiality of sensitive data.
• Administrative Dashboard: A centralised backend for officials to manage templates, track statuses, and export data.
• Scalable Architecture: Built to handle high-concurrency loads during peak reporting periods for thousands of users.

Smart Urban Parking Management & Monitoring System (Parking City Service)

The Parking City Service System aimes to modernize the organization, monitoring, and administrative management of parking in Yerevan. The system includes a web platform that provides information on parking zones, locations, and conditions, enabling drivers to easily identify available parking areas. For operational management, the system offers dedicated functionality for Parking City Service employees, including zone administration, violation control, payment tracking, and internal workflows. It also features modules for processing photo and video data, managing administrative procedures, and generating reports. Integration with external systems - such as payment platforms and relevant state bodies - is ensured through APIs, enabling seamless data exchange and secure payment processing.

Remote Monitoring & Control System for Public Transport Infrastructure (Trolleybus System)

The purpose of the system is to ensure remote monitoring of the condition of trolleybus power substations and their management through a central control panel and a dedicated mobile application.

Unified Public Platform for Legislative Drafting & Civic Participation (E-Draft)

The draft normative legal acts developed by the RA departments are posted on the unified website for the publication of draft legal acts. With the introduction of the unified website, an online platform has been created that provides the opportunity for departments to present draft legal acts to the public, organize public discussions online, and as a result, also for the active participation of civil society representatives in the law-making work being carried out. By enabling agencies to propose changes, improving feedback processes, enhancing the notification system, ensuring accessibility for users with visual impairments, and implementing other key improvements.

Digital Single Window for Customs Permits & Trade Licensing (Single Window)

This platform enables importers/exporters to digitally submit applications and obtain permits and licenses from relevant government authorities required during customs clearance procedures. The system is connected to 13 state agencies (e.g., Ministries of Economy, Environment, Health, Defense, NSS, and others) and over 10 accredited laboratories. Based on the HS code or description, the system automatically generates Sub-Applications and distributes them to the respective agencies, allowing parallel processing. This platform currently covers over 30 permitting procedures and issues more than 100 types of documents.

Electronic Invoicing & Product Traceability System (E-Invoice)

The e-Invoice system plays a crucial role in collecting and ensuring traceability data for supply or transportation transactions of products subject to traceability. Traceability is ensured through documents provided via the e-Invoice system, including: Tax Invoice: Records the details of the transaction, including the products supplied and their respective quantities and prices. Adjusting Tax Invoice: Used for making any necessary adjustments to the original tax invoice, ensuring accuracy in the traceability data. Bill of Lading: A document issued for the shipment of the product subject to traceability, providing details about the transportation of the goods. Data Utilization: Based on these documents, a table for the calculation of supplied (delivered) products is formed. This table includes the number of products and the amount to be paid, ensuring a clear record of the transaction.

Cross-Border VAT Declaration Platform for Non-Resident Companies (E-VAT)

• Enables non-resident companies to declare and pay VAT on provided services.
• Used by 70+ major international corporations, including global digital platforms like Google, Facebook, TikTok, Spotify, Amazon, and Netflix.
• For Jan - July 1, 2025, the taxable base for non-resident electronic-service providers reached ≈ USD 40 million, generating over USD 8 million in VAT payable to the state budget.

End-to-End Development & Support for a FinTech E-Wallet Platform (UPAY)
